Applied on a Monday. Got called in for in-store assessment the next day. For the in-store test make sure you are able to perform money math, (If the total is $8.76 and the customer gives you $20, how much change do you give them back?) I would advise you not rush this part but be aware the test is timed. Did my interview 4 days later which was very laid back, only asked 7 behavioral questions, lasted maybe 10 minutes. Have to pass drug test and background check.

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.

Simple and quick. They just ask basic questions like what time you are available to work and what position interest you. They will adjust your working schedule if you are a student so no worries.
