Evrything is done in english. They focus in your type of personality then your job experience because usually to work part-time in Paris you're most certainly a student. Usually have 5 people p/ interview: first of the Head Lang. assistant starts by presenting themselves,the company and job. After some they fill a file, some do a english test and other have a 1:1 interview.

I applied and soon after I got invitation for group interview. There were around 10 people in the interview with managers. Questions were normal. After couple of days I got invitation to the second interview where the programme manager asked me more details about my previous work experience, after the discussion I was asked to go through English test (easy) and Excel test (easy). The Center Manager was a very cold and arrogant person. Despite going through all stages successfully, this person had I don't care attitude towards me, as if from the beginning it was clear that the job wouldn't be offered to me.
