It was nice and straight-forward. The recruiter explained the expectations at the beginning; focusing on what the hiring team specifically needs, the kind of experience and team member they are looking for. Also explained the interview process clearly; all the steps involved and when to expect to hear back. Compensation was also covered thoroughly. The interview process includes a recruiter call, assessment stage, hiring manager, next stage; 2-3 people and final stage; which involves a case presentation with a director.

The interview process is fairly seamless. I met with a panel of 3 people and then presented a mock-pitch. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Be prepared to talk to scenarios from your work experience.
