Firstly, recruiter reached out to me on and shared the link to apply. The interview format was 3 rounds DSA Java Coding Techno Managerial 1st Round got scheduled after one week, and this time no body joined the call. I called recruiter, she said panel has declined, and will reschedule the interview. It got rescheduled after 3 days. After one week, I got an update that I had cleared the first round. 2nd Round got scheduled after about 10 days from the 1st round. Again, the interview was cancelled due to unavailability of the panel. It got rescheduled after 3 days. After 4-5 days, I reached out to HR for the feedback. She informed me that I have been shortlisted and will move forward with the HM Round. One week passed, there was no update, in the mean time I mailed and called her, she said she is finding slot for the HM and wait. Now after about 20 days, since my 2nd Round, I called HR and she says, that my candidature has been dropped and some other candidates has been considered by HM. First, you should have atleast conducted the HM round and then decide. This was very disappointing and hilarious. The process felt like a government exam, where a lot of waiting is required and there is a scam too.
