I had 3 stages of interviews: - Screening Call - Interview with Team Lead - Take home task and presentation HR were quick to respond and helpful to begin with, however after my 3rd round I got ghosted. I sent multiple follow up emails and nothing. This is incredibly disrespectful especially as I had a take home task which took many hours of my personal time. I am very disappointed by this, it only takes a minute to send a rejection email compared to the hours upon hours spent prepping and then interviewing.
