Average. Was interviewed by 2 maintenance supervisors. They asked many situational questions and how I would go about fixing things. Example: if a dryer is heating but taking a couple cycles to dry.

I met at the main office and was greated by someone. They then had me fill out a questionnaire/test about property maintenance knowledge and skills. I then spoke with them about the job positions they had available. Everything went well.
