I initially did a phone screen then was invited to attend an in person interview at the Bromley site in Christchurch . The interview itself was pretty straightforward with just a few standard questions being asked. I was then given a tour of the site and told I would hear back by the end of the week. It’s now been over two weeks and radio silence. I assume they went with another candidate and I’ve subsequently been ghosted. I find this to be incredibly rude and unprofessional, as well as downright lazy. It’s not difficult to show a bit of human decency by sending a quick email notifying me of the outcome. Shame on you!
