The first round was very easy basic DSA questions were asked and I cleared that. The second round had some design questions and I cleared that also. Then a third round of managerial discussion they got okay but didn't give an offer. They were such a waste of time never recommend anyone to give an interview in watchguard such a waste of time only

No structure for asking questions, they will pick random topics or technologies even if you have not worked on them. People less experienced then you will be taking your interviews . One of the interviewer kept on laughing,

After the HR phone interview, HR coordinated a technical phone interview was set up. The interviewer has not shown up. HR said it was their fault. Thereafter the technical phone interview was rescheduled and... the interviewer has not shown up once again!
What would one think about a company which fails twice in a row in setting up a phone interview?!
