Interviewed by two of your future superiors. They sit down across from you at a table, ask you questions, and talk about the company. It is mostly them talking, so you really have to be pretty assertive if you want to impress them with anything beyond their initial questions. There is only one interview.

If they like you, they will hire you. This is a non profit organization, so they need all the help they can get. Often multiple employees will interview at once, so be prepared for this type of questioning.
