The process was through zoom which was fine and the panel was two retired secondary teachers. I was given half the time i was entitled to and I was asked 5 loaded questions.

Given 5 timed questions about assessment, equity and diversity, and provided with feedback approximately 2 weeks following the interview. Had two administrators complete the interview, usually a vice principal and principal.
