      Entretien

First you are going to get a response from their HR reps. Personally I spoke to Alex first then Shelby once I got to the office for the interview process and both are great. Shelby is one of the kindest people I have ever met. You then have a 1 on 1 with Matt Wheeler and if you do well in that you spend a day job shadowing a top consultant to see how their strategy is implemented in a B2B atmosphere. I spent the day with Dan, who is probably one of the most hard working person I have ever met. He is focused on making sure his team succeeds and will only strive to make sure they all do. I thought this would be a pyramid type business but it isn't. Seeing how the business runs and operates anyone can tell it's not one. It's a straight forward commission based job that you have to work hard at in order to succeed. I had the chance to meet and interview with Matt Wheeler (the president) and he has a great business model that he will explain and show you so that you can eventually grow and possibly manage your own office. He will also go out in the field with his reps to make sure they are successful. He and his leadership team will literally do whatever they need to in order for their employees to succeed. If you go into any other business, you will not find that. If you go into this job experience with an open mind and the willingness to learn, you will succeed.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Your interview is done in two stages. First, you meet with Matt Wheeler, the President of the firm, and he asks you questions about where you want to go in your career. He then will ask you what you value most out of three things: Compensation, Growth Potential, and Workplace Environment. He asks you to rank each one. He is looking for people who are going to work hard, but also want to grow professionally into leaders. You aren't going to make a ton of money doing this job, but you will earn two things that will only benefit you long term and those are 1) You will learn how to manage yourself and be a representative that is focused on the needs of the client and 2) You can grow and become a mentor to future employees and even one day learn how to open your own office.
