it was a casual interview. The interviewers were very approachable and easy-going. The office was relaxed. They didn't push for answers or ask me awkward questions and they made me at ease

The interviewer is kind and the information about the job is clear from the beginning. However, the interview was not intended to know the qualities or suitability for the position, which gave me the impression that there is not much interest in people, but in getting work tools.
Miles did not answer any of my questions and had to ask my name multiple times. The job ad said 20-30/hr but during the interview he said 16. He also said I would be an independant contractor with no benefits, and claimed $16/hr was more than enough to make up for it.
