Called the person I was interviewing with upon arrival, and he came and started talking to another candidate who was scheduled after me but showed up early - the interviewer did not check that he was interviewing the correct person until I approached him. Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
