The whole interview process is a scam because the recruiters just wanted to complete their target to save their jobs from their bosses. I recently had the worst interview experience in my life in WeWork India where they scheduled four rounds of interviews onsite I thought I was the only one giving an interview and then I saw some 12-13 people for the same role.
Post this recruiter was forced to come on the weekend just after completing the online assessment, I was like first they didn't provide time to prepare and later they are saying sorry you have not selected on onsite itself. Unprofessional and on top of that the interviewer just googling stuff and asking random questions he doesn't how things work at scale. Later he asked one medium-level question about how to validate BST, since I didn't get time to prepare the DSA still I had some approach to him via his help and apart from that whatever question they asked related to my current workplace where I had achieved as a top performer they don't want to go deep into that. I mean you guys are not Google or Facebook-level kind of peeps your day-to-day task is also not to create rocket science so what's the point of all this HLD and LLD? I also had a question for the interviewer how you guys are scaling when traffic comes from any resources say inventory management, he was clueless and said not that traffic, then why are you guys having a round for LLD and HLD.
Pathetic experience they are scammers to complete their daily tasks and just wasting time for those who have applied.
