I was trying to make the decision to leave my current company and then had several conversations with Wealth Continuum Group before I decided to leave. They were all just conversations about what I need help with, what I want my firm to look like and how I can join their team.

3-4 interview process. You'll meet with the recruiter (if they have one because they fired the previous one) as well as the Managing Director. They will ask you to do a Project 100, and which is a list of 100 people you know and would feel comfortable soliciting insurance products to.
