I really enjoyed interviewing with this company. The interview wasn't super structured, the partner and I just started talking about my interest and long-term goals and how those relate to those of the company. The first thing you'll discover at Weaver is all of the people- at least in Houston and Dallas- are really easygoing and make you feel at ease.

Entretien
Felt like a conversation. The staff are super nice and make you feel like they want you. I had 3 one on one meetings with 3 of their different level employees.
The interview process was easy and well organized. The initial phone interview with recruiter was stress free and she asked great questions. The second interviewer (over zoom video) explained the description of the position in great detail.
