Hiring and Interview process comes with the 3 phase 1. Written Test - They provide you with a questionnaire and will give you 45 minutes to solve the questions. Questions are related to the technical field you are applying for. After that the CTO will look forward to the answers and give reviews based on the answers. 2.Techinal (F2F) - In the technical round they will check your technical skills, all they ask are basic questions or concepts of programming if you are from programming background. 3.HR(F2F) - If you successfully attempted the 2 rounds then its all set to go, then all the salary negotiation and other stuff comes.
