Such a long, drawn out process. I was initially really excited about working here, but the interview process made me less and less excited with each round. I will say touring the workplace was a great picture of what working there would be like, and I loved all of the employees I had a chance to talk to. However, after 4 rounds of interviews that all asked essentially the same questions (plus several timed quizzes and tests), it still would have taken weeks to hear back. By that far in the process, you should know if you like a candidate and if they're qualified. I ended up taking a position at another company that got back to me while I was still waiting to hear back.

Lengthy process. Starts with phone interview, then have to take a written assessment which took awhile, then another video interview, a personality test and an in person interview in their Harrisburg office.
