The interview process started normally enough with a brief email interview that led to a phone interview. I was told I would have to complete a project so the company could gauge my abilities. As a writer, I'm used to completing short projects in addition to sending a link to my portfolio, but this company wanted me to write over 7,000 words of free content for them. That's sketchy, so I backed out of the interview process.

I'll have to submit my resume and the area where I want to apply I haven't heard from them after the application. I have applied twice and haven't heard from them anytime I email them. I had even sent a email but I haven't heard from them. Apart from the communication gap I feel the interview process was hassle free without complicating the process
