J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WebFX (Ann Arbor, MI) en janv. 2025
Entretien
Overall, the experience took a month. In my opinion, the first three rounds went smoothly, but the final (fourth) round in person felt like a curveball was thrown. The interviewers asked strangely-worded questions and knowledge that would have been taught during the position's training was expected to be prior knowledge for candidates to have for a junior level role. For four rounds of interviews, no salary range was ever shared at any of them, which was quite odd.

I have never been so disappointed and humiliated by an interview process before. I went through three rounds of interviews for an ENTRY LEVEL position, one of which was a lengthy written interview where I was asked quite personal and detailed questions. Everyone I spoke with at the company was very friendly and made me feel at ease in my interviews, so my frustration has nothing to do with them. WebFX followed me on social media, expressed great interest in me to the point of telling me the team loved me and thought I would be a great fit, and gave me a whole tour of the office to see where I would be working. I was waiting for my fourth and final interview when I received a rejection. When I asked for feedback, I was given a generic copy and paste response. I find it hard to believe they cannot place a candidate they claim to "love" in any of their multiple open positions. It has been well over a month now and all of these positions are *surprise* still open. I feel as though I was just interviewed for fun, and my time was wasted. I am not sure what kind of unicorn WebFX is looking for, but they will not find it by turning down willing and hard-working candidates in front of them. Avoid this company if you don't want to get your hopes up for nothing. The job market is hard enough for new grads and it is not worth the headache.
