It consisted of a couple rounds of interviews with various people at the company, including a shadowing session with someone in my role to review what a typical day looks like.

I had FOUR interviews. I live 2/3 hours away from their in person office which they were aware of. All of the virtual interviews went great, you begin with a phone interview, then a written interview, then a google meet interview, and finally an interview in person. The in person interview was fine for me overall, but it really showed just how unorganized this company is (completely ran by incompetent employees who do not like anyone asking questions— just read other reviews).
The written part of the interview process is ridiculous because they ask you such obsolete questions NONE of which pertain to the role itself.
The majority of the questions asked in all of the interviews are *not about your skills or the role, but about your personality. Red flag.
During the final interview, the woman who interviewed me was all over the place, she kept repeating questions and quite literally asked me, “did I already ask that?”
After the interview I waited one week to hear back only to not receive an offer. I quite literally received an automated copy/paste email of why I did not receive the position “there are limited spots for open positions”, yet this exact role was reposted on LinkedIn a few days after my interview— as well as tens of other open positions.
I was told that I was such a great candidate and they were looking to hire me in multiple different roles. I genuinely believed that I was going to get this job because of the way they spoke to me, so this is why I attended the final interview. I spent nearly $300 on attending this interview.
Please consider what I am saying before actually applying for this company. There are many other people who have had very similar experiences.
I was told in earlier interviews during this process that after ONE year you have the choice to go hybrid or remote. When I asked in the final interview she said THREE years.
Not only do their employees have no idea what they are talking about, they also lack skills in their positions.

I can only speak to the first step in their 4 part interview process, which is a "let's get to know each other" step. Everyone I communicated with was nice, and there was tons of transparency on what the process involves. However, the individual conducting the interview was late to the appointment, and it abundantly clear they were looking at my LinkedIn profile / application for the first time during the interview.
