There are MULTIPLE rounds, which kicks off with a website creation. If you get a call back, you have to do a written test which that is on a countdown and automatically submits after an hour. On the test itself, its vague on purpose yet encourages you to add data and links to materials for example. Mind you, you have an hour to go through all this material and answer questions, not realistic. After you meet a hiring manager who may or may not know the details of the positions to answer relevant position questions. And the feedback you get from that hiring manager may or may not be disingenuous. Afterwards, you are put through 2 to 3 more rounds of process for this job.
