I Was looking for job change in may-june 2012. I found that webmyne is looking for Sr. SEO, on one of the job site. I emailed my resume on mentioned email address. Next day HR from webmyne called me and asked me for my salary and experience details.I clearly mentioned my current CTC and Expected CTC. Then after she called my for PI with their SEO Head. We had about 120 minutes of 1:1 PI, IQ Test, Skills Test and Personality Test. After PI HR told me that they will inform by call. After 1 week they gave my call and offered salary. The worst thing i faced in this process was salary offer. They offered very low comparatively of my current.
