2 interviews, First on the phone, and 2nd interview in person. The CEO is friendly and make you feel comfortable. They deliver what they promise. No technical questions, mostly questions about past experience.

I showed up at their Sunset Blvd offices on-time and took a seat in their non-air conditioned reception area (I don't mean to whine, but it was 97º out); the nice receptionist offered me a water, asked me to fill out an application (even though they already had my thorough resume) and told me "Danny" would meet with me in a moment. The reception area was also packed with three "developers" whom I noticed also appeared to be doing project management over the phone with clients. I had previously applied in March, but they wanted to schedule an interview the following day - a Saturday - but I was already heading out of town; they apparently filled that position in the meantime. The offer is for "$600 a week", which is pretty paltry considering their web devs appear to be doing customer support, in addition to building websites. Whatever these guys are doing, it's earned this business a <cough>non-suspect</cough> 24 out of 25 five-star ratings on their Google review. After waiting in the reception area for over 30 minutes, I asked the receptionist to tell the interviewer to reschedule. This disregard for a new hire's time/appointment was a pretty clear indication of what was to come ..
