From reading the reviews I expected more behavioral questions. There was a focus on how I did my job search for the first couple of questions. First time being asked that. Overall it was fine.

Applied online. Heard back fairly quickly in terms of a preliminary phone interview. That phone interview went well and I felt confident to go to round 2. I heard back from the next person above a mere few hours later asking me for times and dates available for a second interview. Whenever I'd give them my available dates and times (which were pretty open) they would NEVER confirm with me one of them or choose one. I ended up reaching back out to the first interviewer and asked if they were still interested in interviewing me and they said yes. I hear back from the second interviewer once again saying they were busy and to give more times and availability since the dates I gave had passed at that time. So I did. TWO more times actually. I ended up giving that second interviewer 3 weeks' worth of availability and every single time, the second interviewer would not confirm or choose a date I gave. Interviewer 2 responded that they would be out of the office on vacation from the end of the week to the beginning of the next, and to let them know when I'd be available after. So I gave them the following two days after her return to work (which once again, they never replied to or confirmed with me). That very day they supposedly returned to office, I received a very generic and canned email response that "another candidate had been chosen". You know, the type of email they send to someone they weren't even actually considering. Not even a personalized "hey sorry we couldn't coordinate a time" etc. No ownership on their part that they had ghosted me multiple times, yet kept reiterating interest in interviewing me. I've never been so strung along and breadcrumbed for a mere interview that I know I was qualified and available for. A very bizarre and unprofessional experience.
