This company claims to be fun and edgy, but in reality, it's nothing but a joke. Throughout the hiring process, they incorporate various "games" that seem more like a way to entertain themselves rather than evaluate candidates fairly. The process starts with a standard application, followed by a questionnaire containing a "hidden word." Then comes a video interview with more questions and an introduction requirement, along with another hidden word. What's particularly disrespectful is their email instruction stating, 'You need to complete this step within 24 hours of receipt of this email to be considered,' which comes across as entitled and dismissive of candidates' time. The third step involves a video call with the team, where they ask you to bring a spoon beforehand—more unnecessary games. Despite the call going well and the team appearing pleasant, I never received any follow-up. Not even a rejection email—just silence. For a company that claims to prioritize people, their actions speak otherwise.
