They schedule your interview in Zoom, asked some questions gave some answers, then got a call back after couple of hours to notify the online training provide with physical training later
They seem very friendly. And it deformed seems thay there is the opportunity to make money. Very transparent in the interview process. Very open about the schedule for the year and what your options are if you get in with them.

Very easy, was done over Zoom. Happy to have done it. Interviewer was earnest but casual, so felt pretty easy to answer their questions. Lasted like 15 mins. I kind of didn't get that they didn't do property maintenance right away but it clicked in moments later.
