Friendly, professional, relaxed. Met with manager for interview, it went well, and I was offered the position on the spot. Always come back and ask for a little more on the salary offered. If you did well in the interview, you will get it.

Call from manager to set up interview time, come in to Meet w/hiring manager, called back in 2 days to offer the position and wanted a reply within 48 hours
