Interviews are informal and usually contain a branch manager and service center supervisor which would be your direct reports as a service tech I. Interview is not atypical series of questions and usually consists of a manger who gives a brief description of the work performed and the expectations of a new employee. The interview process here is more of an evaluation of personality than an evaluation of skill sets and work history.

Applied at the shop and was contacted a few days later to meet. Met with the supervisor and HR and talked about my past job experience and was told some of the duties that may be involved in the job. Also was made aware that the schedule can be hectic at times.
