Had a 10 minute conversation with a recruiter, followed by a 30 minute Teams interview the following week with the DON. It was quick and got right to the point.

Not many people want to work in a jail- why do you want to?
Good, everyone was nice and they asked a lot of questions and gave me a tour of the work areas. I meet the staff and saw the imates . It was over all a great ey they were very organized
