Typical behavioral interview where they ask about previous experiences working with different teams/people. The interview was about an hour and I interviewed with two individuals. Overall the experience was good.

Describe a time you had to complete a difficult assignment in a team. What was that experience like? What specifically did you do to complete the task?
Pretty simple. No room for negotiations. Don’t speak with the hiring manager much. A lot of contractors come through here and they eventually hire them on as well. The recruiting process was quick.
