First was a phone interview and then I met with the on-site manager in person. When we met, they asked me questions about myself and my experience, which I dont have much of.
It was average fast food chain type of interview, it was easy & asking basic questions like availability and cashier experience. You’ll pretty much get in if you can do basic math

My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
