Once your application is submitted, you'll go through a three-tiered interview process: 1) Screening interview w/ HR 2) Follow-up Team Interview: An opportunity to meet some analysts and members of the client services team. (Potentially your future teammates!) Details: - Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews. - Each interview is hosted by two members of the WCF Team. 3) Technical Project: Requires research, analytical framing, and communications around your conclusion. WCF is looking for critical thinking, technical ability, attention to detail, and professionalism for the project. Details: - You set a meeting date to present your technical project to members of the WCF advisory team. - You'll receive the prompt for your technical project one week out from your meeting Other Notes: Typically, all three interviews are held over a video conferencing service. There is an intro call, which is very chill. She just asked me if I had any questions about the job. then an hour-long 2-part online interview with 2 separate groups of people. They ask you regular questions and it is pretty conversational.
