I first had to fill out and submit a personality inventory. My interview consisted of 3 sit downs with different managers. All three were positive and up front regarding what they were looking for. I then met with human resources. Solid experience overall.

You will meet with a recruiter, I suggest following up to see if they hire you or want second interviews with other managers. Once you’ve finished your single interview or second or sometimes third you end up getting a call back to usually tell you they went a different direction or that you got the job.
