Very straightforward only took 10 minutes. Manager interviewed me. Was pleasant. Took interview in manager's office in the storage room. Also would bring up why you want to work there.

I had informed him that I live an hour away from the store but my high school is directly across the street and I have a car. I also told him that I'm 17 and have no job experience or knowledge, but I have a strong interest in learning and a love for marine life. It was very good for a first interview.

They asked questions like what are your weaknesses and strengths. They also hand you a pen, and say sell me this pen. They have a sheet that corporate wants the manager to specifically ask you.
