Ridiculously long and unorganized. Two phone interviews, very long take home case study, final round on site. My on site interview schedule was four hours long, and they changed the detail and interview panels after I arrived on site. I wasted over four hours, and a half day of vacation, on a "Final Round Interview" as one of 4-5 candidates brought in. They didn't hire any of us. Months later, this job was still listed and infilled. Completely inconsiderate treatment of your candidates.
