Interviewed with HR personnel. Like a typical interview just asked me about my previous employment. Ask about my qualifications and how I work with people. Asked about pay rate. I was offered the position but turned it down to to pay rate.

The initial interview was over the phone to determine if I was worthy of moving on with the interview process and have an in-person interview at the plant location. They were extremely nice and professional.
