The process began with an online application submission followed by an request from HR for a phone screening a couple weeks later. That was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager.

What would the P&L look like (really asking for specific sources of each area - i.e. revenue is made up of .... and fixed expenses are made up of .... while variable expenses are made up of...)?
How would you come up with the forecast/ plan amount for the various categories?
What is the monthly accounting treatment for revenue and expenses (Really asking for the accrual process of posting and reversing amounts when they hit)?

Call with Recruiter lasted 20 mins. Then a face to face with the hiring manager. Then offer from Recruiter by phone the following day. Pretty straightforward process from end to end.
