Interview process was fairly smooth, questions are technical and behaviour based. 2 rounds of interviews of 1 hour each , followed by a case study. Whole process was smooth, feedback was received quite fast.

Awful. Applied online, apart from standard generic "received application confirmation" email 2 seconds after hitting submit button, heard nothing back until a cold (and again generic worded) email 10 weeks after application saying progressing with other applicants.
Ex-colleagues working in Westpac (whom I've worked with over 15 years at all levels Line 1, Line 2, Regional Managers and Department Heads) all surprised I didn't even get an interview.
No details for unsuccessful application, no ability to discuss with unsuccessful email having the nerve to invite me to apply for future roles.
With the shoddy and cold application and hard-close process, definitely won't be applying for any future Westpac roles.

The interview process was very structured It was a on-site panel interview under a very formal setting. The interview questions asked were fairly standard. I have heard back on the interview outcome in the following week.
The interview process was easy and smooth, the recruiter will make sure you stay informed at all time. There was a case study too, so please make sure you prepare in advance. Overall it was a great interview experience
