A friend and former employee referred me. I had an initial phone call with the hiring manager, where we discussed my background and an overview of the role. This was followed by an in person interview at the office, which took about an hour. It was very casual and I was quite comfortable with the conversation. I took home a skills assessment to gauge the methodology of how I compiled research, and after completing and returning it successfully, I received an offer about a week later.
