All they seemed to care about was if I had a BBS number and they asked me to bring it to the interview. I applied for a CCM role and they repeatedly said "therapist" which was confusing. They made it very obvious in the interview that they fire people quickly for not doing documentation up to their standards stating"we're just warning you we don't have conversations around improving documentation" and it didn't sound like they train people. Overall, they do not seem like they care about retention and are not a good place to get clinical training.
