The first stage was a recording of yourself answering a few questions that were prompted on the screen. After a day of sending in my video recording, I received an in person interview and scheduled that same week but was pushed back a few days, due to unpredictable snow conditions. The interview process was pretty typical. It was an interview with 3 different staff members, at the same time. They read off about 12 questions and wrote down the answers I spoke of. All of the questions were basic questions that you would hear in any other interview.

The interview process was well structured and executed with very high professionalism. While the interview was lengthy the questions never really overlapped one another. Each of the three interviewers were personal and polite.
