Very through probing, but enjoyable. first phone screen with HR. Within 3 days, 1-on-1 with Area Director. Referred me for 3rd 1-on-1 with regional. Exactly on 7th day was again phone screened by VP with deep probing questions. If applying for management as an external candidate with is less than 20 % on average, expect at least 3 (if not 4 interviews, including phone screens). All interviewers did ask some very good questions and made one feel comfortable. Answered any and all questions. Quick turn around time. Was most impressed with the structure of interviews and in a time bound manner. They do make their decisions pretty quick which helped me in not wasting time for other offers as well as mid of the road interviews with other companies.

Entretien
I interviewed with the operating partner (GM) at a local store. From there, I received a phone call from the District Manager and we had an impromptu, informal phone interview. Following that, I met with another operating partner of the store they wanted me to work at and the District Manager. I was offered the job and started the hiring process but ultimately turned it down due to a competing offer with my current company. I love the emphasis on the work life balance they offer as well as the PTO and overall benefits but ultimately went where the title and the money was.

Normal interview and normal check if I can do things properly, check if can do kitchen job, check if I can use their system, it was normal conversation and they took me to kitchen to check
