The interview process was really spelled out by the recruiter who was initially great, very hands-on texted feedback after every round. It’s obvious that the team is following a FAANG interview style. Mix of role related questions, and behavioral questions where they want you to answer as it relates to their core values. The case study project is offensively long. It’s positioned as something that will be valuable to you once you start the role, but no guarantee that the work will be worth it, as you don’t know if you’ll even get another interview after the case study is submitted(there are still two rounds after). I completed all five rounds of interviews if you include the case study, but was not offered the role. No feedback after, just a generic email saying thanks for my time. My advice to future candidates, this work is not worth it unless you are 100% certain you want this role and only this role.
