Pretty Straightforward. They asked behavioral questions. I did not have any technical questions asked or even coding assessments. But a set of developers will go through your resume to assess if you have the potential to work with them.

Name one time you were challenged and what was the result
One interview slot where I talked with 2 different workers. One was a manager and one was another worker on the team. The process felt informal and I wasn't very sure how to prepare
