The interview was via Google Video host by 3 of the Which? Staffs. They were really friendly and easy to talk to.
All the questions and procedures were very clear and because of that I felt comfortable the hole time.
Doing the interview online was really simple and straightforward.

Question 1
The questions were to talk about me, my experience in customer services, and examples of go above and beyond with my customers, stressful situation and how I deal under pressure. I also had to do roleplay that was really fun.
Overall I felt really prepared for the interview because I had a quick chat with one of the members of staff and she explained how the interview would be and made me feel really comfortable.

Comfortable and pressure free. Recruitment team are very welcoming and the process was hassle free and straight forward. The questions asked were thorough which helped to provide thorough answers as needed.
