The first interview was a sit down with the CEO. He asked about my experience and goals and explained the business briefly. The 2nd interview was with an assistant manager of the office, who explained the business in detail and showed me what the role would involve on a day to day basis. The third interview was a final sit down with another assistant manager who offered me the job after I explained how I enjoyed the 2nd interview and the things i had learnt about the business and what the role involves.
