Entretien
my first interview lasted about 15 minutes and the manager briefly explained the business and got to know me better and decided whether I qualify for second part of the interview process.
I learnt a lot more about the business in the second stage where I was taken out to see the campaigns of the training programme. I was able to see the bigger picture and the interviewer would assess whether I had the qualities and mindset to fast track through the training programme.
The third interview was based on the recommendation that was built for me by the account manager and a questionnaire I had to fill out later on.

Entretien
The interview was conducted through Skype. It lasted about 10 minutes and questions were along the lines of "Tell me why you would be a good addition to the company"

Entretien
The interview process began with a short meet and greet with the manager which then lead to a call back the next day for a trial day. The trial day consisted of a 10:30 to 8pm day and a writing out various tasks throughout the day. When we returned to the office we had to complete a questionnaire and score more or less 100% to be called back for a final interview where I then found it i got the job.
