Overall pretty casual, interview was with project managers. They asked about hobbies, work experience, general knowledge of company, experience with construction. Talk about your projects or any experience you have that could help you in the position.

Was contacted 2 years after applying. It was a 4 hours interview process. Firstly, the VP gave us a presentation on the company's history, their service, and portfolio of their work. Then they conducted 1:1 interview with 3 employees at various levels. The interviews were very casual and aimed at a conversations type of interview. Alot of behavioral types of questions involving your experience. Some of the question they asked were repeats of the other interviewers, which made the later interviews stale and repetitive. Alot of young workers, which made it easier to connect with. Then they offered lunch at the break room, where you talk with other candidates and employees. Lastly, the VP gave the last presentation on benefits.
