I said that Sutherland's reputation is definitely one of the reasons and that it is a good place to start my career. More specifically, I said, "As I was going through reviews in Glassdoor last evening, many people were recommending Sutherland as it's a good place to start my career." I even went on mentioning that it's really amazing to know that the company is serving 8 different sectors/industries. (I came to know this during the introductory presentation.)
